A Warning from the Northern and Yorke Landscape Board, Pest Animals Project Officer.

This is a notification of an aerial feral deer control operation happening in the Clare Valley between the 21^st July through to the 1^st Aug.

Operations may impact on the Lavender Federation trail in and surrounding Clare.

The operation will be in that area between the dates of 21^st July through to the 1^st Aug.
The weekend in the middle of those 2 weeks (26^th-27^th July) the trail will not be impacted upon due to the operation leaving the area and heading north.
We may return on the week of the 28^th to continue with the operation in the area.

Everybody is welcome to the
South Australian Recreation Trails Inc (SARTI) AGM
at the Mount Pleasant Library, 130-132 Melrose Street, Mount Pleasant.
The meeting commences at 1.00 pm on Thursday 24th July followed by a regular SARTI meeting.

Weather permitting, join us for lunch in the gardens next to the Mount Pleasant Institute from 12 noon. 

An opportunity to look at the work that continues by SARTI volunteers on the Lavender Trails and future plans.

CAUTION: Webb Gap, Robertstown, Eudunda, Dutton region 11th – 13th July 2025 – Major event based at Eudunda and the region with Main Control based at Eudunda Oval. Both the Lavender Federation Trail and Lavender Cycling Trail will be affected in Eudunda and close surrounds. As the track is not disclosed until the event we cannot predict what other parts are affected. Please be cautious because of the extra traffic and weather conditions. This is a public event and you are welcome to attend. There will be dedicated ‘Spectator Viewing Areas’ where you can get close to the action.

CAUTION: Webb Gap, Robertstown, Eudunda, Dutton region JUNE LONG WEEKEND 7th – 9th June 2025 – TWO Major events – Robertstown 2 Day Motorcycle Trial in the north and A Geo-Caching Event in the south of our region (based at Eudunda Oval).
We havee not heard of any trail interuptions but please be cautious because of the extra traffic and the rain and high winds.

CAUTION: Burra, Webb Gap, Robertstown, Eudunda region 25th – 27th April 2025 – Rally of the Heartland additional traffic due to Rally in the area over the ANZAC Long Weekend

CAUTION: Eudunda SA region 24th April 2025, the area from Eudunda Oval to Nicholson Rd blocked for Rally of the Heartland ‘Hot Lap’.
Plus additional traffic due to Rally in the area from Burra to Eudunda over the ANZAC Long Weekend

CAUTION: Tungkillo SA region over 21st & 22nd June 2025,
Additional Traffic due to AJS 2 Day Motorcycle Trial in the area

A true Scottish-style trial, this teams-based event will test skill, endurance, and teamwork over an epic weekend of trials action!
The event will take place at the magnificant Hentschke’s property in Tungkillo, offering a rugged and exciting backdrop for all competitors!
